Fulfillment

TC Delivers has a complete fulfillment department to handle any fulfillment, kitting, pick n pack, or handwork projects. We can process jobs ranging from 50 pieces to 100,000 pieces with no loss in quality. Our quality control process assures accurate job monitoring. Hourly QC samples are recorded for all projects. No job is too small or too big.   Our job sizes range from the simplest 1 piece insert to the most complicated fulfillment projects. All employees are trained to sort the finished mail according to the appropriate postal regulation to obtain the best postage rates. Our inventory control allows us to maintain and track materials to eliminate any processing delays.

Our polywrap process allows us to polywrap books or multiple inserts into USPS approved shrink wrap film. Material can be up to 22" x 17.5" in size. This process is used in mailing magazines through the USPS without losing the integrity of the mail pieces. We also provide poly bagging services using USPS approved bags. This process seals the material in a bag without shrinking the bag.
