1.0 Summary: First line of contact with clients both in person and by phone. Maintain an awareness of company personnel whereabouts. Responsible for the assisting of billings for all clients and the tracking of all postage spent daily by mailing and client. Tracking will be done manually and by computer entry into the Bill Software. This position is expected to maintain high qualities of Customer Service in dealing with TC’s clients. This position will also be required to know the Current USPS Presort Rates and other associated mailing rates.

4.0 Requirements
Education/Training – High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years office experience with light bookkeeping/accounting/billing
Licensing/Registration/Certification – None
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities – Customer service, computer and computer entry experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quicken software. Strong organizational skills; Good verbal communications; detail oriented; data entry and 10-key skills.
