1.0 Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for actively and effectively communicating with the production team, marketing team, clients, outside vendors, etc. to achieve successful completion of all sales orders and processing jobs. He/she is the liaison between our marketing team and production team. The CSC must be an organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks at once. They must exhibit superb communications skills when working with others. They must be experienced in dealing with numerous personalities under diverse scenarios.
2.0 Position reports to: Client Services Supervisor
3.0 Authority/Accountability –
To evaluate the Sales Orders, Production Requirement Sheets and job Jackets for thoroughness. To place any job on hold due to incomplete Sales Orders, Production Requirement Sheets and Job Jackets. Interact and schedule work with all facets of our production team, with clients and outside vendors. To place outside purchases within TC Delivers protocol regarding mail list acquisition, commercial print, envelopes, paper, etc. for production jobs. Accept postage checks for upcoming work.
4.0 Requirements
Education/Training – College degree desirable but not required or a minimum two years customer service/job coordinating experience.
Licensing/Registration/Certification – NONE
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities –
Must be computer literate and able to learn a wide variety of office software programs. Familiar with Word, Excel, and other applications. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop alternate methods to resolve complex problems. Effective verbal and written communication skills. High quality standards. Must be detail and results oriented. Organized. Highly motivated, innovative and independent. Offer a positive and agreeable attitude when involving our clients/prospects and pertaining to their demands whenever possible. Able to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, co-workers and supervisors. Maintain goodwill of clients during service period and promote the services of TC Delivers’ products and services to existing and potential clients.
